How the day works
We’re here to document your story, not dictate it. Our crew can stay with you for up to 12 hours, moving at your pace. We aren't a reality TV crew filming 24/7 or feeding you scripted lines; instead, we act as professional observers, looking for those genuine moments that actually matter.Catching the Magic: While we can’t guarantee every single moment, we know how to anticipate the big stuff. If there’s a specific memory you’re dying to have on film, just let our team know—we’ll make it a priority.Flexible Coverage: Whether you’re navigating a theme park, exploring a new location, or enjoying a cruise, we adapt to the environment. If your group decides to split up to tackle different areas or attractions, our crew can split up too so no one’s story is left out.On the Rides: We love the action. We can ride right alongside you, or position ourselves ahead or behind to get the best angle. Not every attraction is camera-friendly, but we’ll do our best—even if that means one of us stays on the ground to catch the "big drop" reaction from below.The Human Element: Our team needs a few short breaks for food and recharge time throughout the day, but we usually rotate these so you’re never left without a lens.At the end of the day, this is your experience. We know you’re excited to see your films, and we prioritize a fast but meticulous editing process to ensure every detail is perfect. While crafting a custom documentary takes time, we shoot for a two-week turnaround for your primary film.The Social Edit: You’ll receive your 30–60 second highlight reel within one week of your event—perfect for a quick private share while the memories are still fresh.The Full Vlog: Your complete 15–20 minute documentary will be polished and delivered through your secure portal within two weeks.The Edit Policy: Our goal is to capture the day as it happened, unscripted and raw. Because of the "home movie" nature of our style, we don't offer general re-edits or creative changes—the story we capture is the story you get. However, if there is a glaring technical issue or a major oversight, we’ll certainly work with you to make it right.The Data Purge (Optional): We keep a secure backup of your project by default. However, if you prefer a total digital wipe, you can request our Data Purge. Once you’ve confirmed your files are safely downloaded, we will permanently remove all raw and edited footage from our systems.

You just worry about your group; we'll meet you inside.How many people are on the crew? Usually just two. One lead storyteller and one supporting angle.
